The exclusively metallic abrasive media is thrown by the centrifugal force of the rotating blast wheel in a controlled manner onto the workpieces to achieve the desired cleaning results.

The Tochu Pipe Shot Blasting Machine Type TSP is suitable for customers requiring a solution for the efficient cleaning, etching and descaling of pipes. Due to the special shape of the rollers, the pipes are rotated and transported forward at the same time, therefore ensuring complete exposure of the workpiece surface to the blast wheels during the cleaning process.
